At Farm Fresh Cafe we believe that healthy living forms the core of our daily existence. In our pursuit of supplying great tasting, yet healthy meals, we have committed to going beyond our own walls, by educating our community on the benefits of a whole foods, plant-based diet and celebrating a lifestyle of wellness. We therefore use wholesome, natural, and local products where possible in all of our recipes. We do not use any refined sugars in our food and support family-owned businesses and local farms in our region whenever possible.

Our Natural Cooking Process
We do not make us of ovens, but instead, our soups are made in all natural chemical free clay pots with no toxins or dangerous coatings.
Organic unglazed clay activates enzymes and minerals in your foods, enabling you to extract extra flavors and nutrients from recipes while increasing digestibility.
Clay is also alkalizing—everything the ancients prized in healthy cookware, superior taste and perfect texture and synergistic properties—clay working together with your foods and spices to create a synergistic partnership to let food be your medicine.
We also make use of a dehydrator that uses low temperatures and a fan to dehydrate food, thus retaining its enzymes and nutritional content, we aim to keep food as close to its natural state as possible.
We have an ever changing organic and local seasonal menu, and with each meal being carefully selected, there is minimal waste. We believe in reusing, recycling and re-purposing and take extra care in sourcing sustainable ingredients where possible, avoiding pesticides and minimizing waste.
