GO TO SMOOTHIE BOWL
Recipe adapted from Minimalist Baker
This go to smoothie bowl is a nutritious summer breakfast, that is filled with antioxidants and fiber.
1/2 cups organic frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana sliced
2-3 Tbsp almond milk (or any other plant based milk, plus more as needed
optional: 1 scoop vegan protein powder
Place frozen berries and banana into blender and blend on low.
Add a bit of almond milk and protein powder (optional), and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, the mixture needs to reach a soft serve consistency.
Scoop mixture into serving bowls and add desired toppings (optional).
